| Based on the experiences of our informants, it seems that our human species has received the focused attention of representatives of a least two extraterrestrial or multidimensional worlds. Apparently some ETI's are concerned about are welfare and right to evolve as our own species, but some seem largely indifferent to our species longevity and integrity. There exists some kind of "Interplanetary Council," which has decreed that a planet's biological and technological evolution should not be interfered with in any way. The fact that a maverick group of extraterrestrials entities made a bargain with self-serving representatives of Earth's governments to exchange scientific knowledge for minerals, water, raw products--and even for human beings to e used in biological experiments--totally and blatantly violates the councils dictum that a planets natural evolution should not be accelerated or altered in any way. |
