I will keep this one rather short. Hilary is right! There is a conspiracy to set up Bill. It is quite obvious that he has done something, or not, and pissed off the wrong people. Weather he had sex with her or not, he is being forced to say that he did because some woman claimed to have had sex with and has a dress that was stained from his semen. What kind of person would keep a dress stained by the President of the USA for years, especially when they were supposedly trying to keep it all a secret.

As can be seen from Nostradamus' predictions, this falls right into play. The president will step down, a quiet, weak man will take over beginning the end of the all powerful US of A.
